מחיקת נתונים

1. לנתק את Promera

אפשר לנתק בכל רגע, בשתי דרכים. כל אחת מהן עוצרת את הגישה מיד:

• ב־Promera: במסך האינטגרציות, מסירים את התחברות Meta, LinkedIn או TikTok, או את חשבון Google. פרטי ההתחברות נמחקים, והלקוחות שחוברו דרכם מפסיקים להתעדכן.
• ב־Facebook: בהגדרות ובפרטיות, בהגדרות, תחת Business Integrations, מסירים את Promera. עסק שחיבר את Promera דרך Business Manager מסיר אותה בהגדרות העסק, תחת Integrations.
• ב־LinkedIn: בהגדרות, תחת Data privacy ואז Permitted services, מסירים את Promera.
• ב־TikTok: בדף ההרשאות של TikTok for Business (ads.tiktok.com/ac/page/authorizations), לוחצים על Remove ליד Promera.
• ב־Google: בדף ההרשאות של חשבון Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions), מסירים את Promera.

2. לבקש מחיקה

כתבו ל־hello@promera.app מהמייל שמחובר לחשבון, וציינו את הסוכנות או את חשבון המודעות. נמחק את הנתונים שנשמרו מ־Meta, מ־TikTok או מ־Google ואת פרטי ההתחברות תוך 30 יום, ואת הנתונים מ־LinkedIn תוך 10 ימים. כשהמחיקה תסתיים, נאשר במייל.

לקוח של סוכנות פונה קודם לסוכנות, שמחליטה על הנתונים שלו. אפשר גם לכתוב אלינו ישירות, ונעביר את הבקשה.

מה שהחוק מחייב לשמור, כמו יומן השינויים בחשבון, נשמר רק לזמן שהחוק דורש.

To disconnect Promera from Meta, either remove the Meta sign-in on Promera's Integrations screen — the access token is deleted at once and the clients linked through it stop updating — or remove Promera in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations (a business that connected it through Business Manager: Business Settings > Integrations). To disconnect Promera from LinkedIn, either remove the LinkedIn sign-in on Promera's Integrations screen — its access token is deleted at once and the clients linked through it stop updating — or remove Promera in LinkedIn under Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services. To disconnect Promera from TikTok, either remove the TikTok sign-in on Promera's Integrations screen — its access is revoked in TikTok at once and the clients linked through it stop updating — or click Remove next to Promera on TikTok for Business's authorization page (https://ads.tiktok.com/ac/page/authorizations). To have the data Promera keeps from Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google deleted, email hello@promera.app from the address on the account, naming the agency or the ad account. We delete the stored data and the sign-in credentials within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done; data from LinkedIn is deleted within 10 days. Records the law requires us to keep are kept only for as long as it requires.
